In addition to taking over production of dispense towers and taps, further advancements have been made at our site in Thirsk, North Yorkshire.

A new second subsidiary in Thirsk has opened, just a few steps from the Angram headquarters, which has increased the covered surface to 3,400 square metres, thus allowing operations to be redistributed in an optimised layout. This new space, dedicated exclusively to the manufacture of the traditional Angram beer pump, collects six numerically controlled machines.

These machines are used to precisely manufacture the most important component of the cask beer pump, the cylinder, which first draws then pours the beer into the glass.

After this initial phase of production, the pumps are assembled among the site’s existing assembly islands, by expert hands and to exacting standards, just as they have always been.

This is what makes Angram one of the world’s most famous beverage companies for the design and production of cask beer pumps, like the traditional cask ale pump designed for the Black Sheep Brewery from Yorkshire.
